"How long does shipping take?"
Due to unforeseen order volume, processing may take 3-7 business days going into the holiday season. However, we will do our absolute best to process your order as quickly as possible. We currently ship UPS Ground within the USA.

Greater Memphis Area - 1-2 business days
Continental USA - 2-5 business days
Hawaii - 5+ business days
We will do our utmost best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Once the package is scanned and dropped off at UPS, we have no control over when the package arrives. We am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or lost packages.
"I can't find my tracking #."
Check your spam box just in case. If you still can't find it, please email us with your name and order # and we'll resend it.
"Oops, I entered the wrong address!"
Please email us directly (grindcitycandleco@gmail.com) with the order # and correct address within 24 hours or before the package has shipped. We cannot guarantee that the package can be redirected if it has already been shipped.
"My package never arrived."
Please email us directly (grindcitycandleco@gmail.com) and we will provide you with tracking information.
Once the package is in UPS' care, we are not responsible for delays, re-routes, or lost packages. We suggest filing a complaint with UPS directly regarding reimbursement for missing packages. All orders are insured by UPS up to $100. We will help however necessary, but unfortunately, we cannot replace items or shipments on missing/stolen/lost orders.
"I received my order, but an item was damaged."
If your order/item is damaged, you may email grindcitygrocer@gmail.com with your order # and attached photo of the damage as it arrived. (Please note that we cannot process any exchanges/refunds without proof of damage, per UPS guidelines.)

Pickup for is available during weekend market hours for in stock items.
Delivery is available for Memphis (inside the I40/I240 loop), Germantown, and Cordova for orders over $30 with a $5 fee. Enter your address, then select 'Local Delivery' under shipping options. Include your address, phone number, and any necessary codes in the Notes section at checkout. Include your address, phone number, and any necessary gate codes in the Notes section at checkout. Building or door descriptions help, too! If you need a specific date of delivery, please also include that information. We will provide proof of delivery via email with photo confirmation.
*Once the delivery is photo confirmed, we cannot be responsible for missing or lost orders, just as with shipping. We recommend being available for your package, as the holiday season is prime porch pirate time. We will do our best to meet any time-sensitive needs, but cannot guarantee if the order is less than 48 hours ahead of time or for a large quantity. Deliveries on Saturday will take place after 1PM.
