Refund policy

To receive a refund, please cancel your order within 24 hours or before it has been shipped.  After being shipped, we cannot issue refunds.

If your order/item arrives damaged, you may email grindcitycandleco@gmail.com with your order # and attached photo of the damage as it arrived. (Please note that we cannot process any exchanges/refunds without proof of damage.)
